I really like the clear housing for the batteries and electronics. It keeps everything nice and compact while also protecting it. Very slick idea and I have never seen that done before....very nice work.

That is very impressive. Very clean professional look. I love the front plate around the reflectors and the way the trits look like cross-hairs.

That is very nice work, traildesaster - a beautiful mod, and a very neat job indeed with the electronics.

Having seen this fine work, I almost hesitate to ask you to resize your pics, but please would you do so - the CPF limit is 800 x 600 pixels, and yours are too large.

Nice execution!

How did you heatsink the maxflex2?

Did you turn on the thermal protection (in the menu) and if so what did you set the temperature to?

Nice conservative design, 4 LEDs and 3 li-ion cells. You should get pretty decent runtime and still have the option to dim the light down when needed.

cheers,
george.

Beautiful work!! As the others have stated, excellent design and execution. Great mastery of both the mechanical and electrical aspects of the design.
