I've read all the stuff about not using lithiums in the Petzl Tikka Plus or Tikka XP. How much damage could you really do to the LEDs and how long would it take to do it? I guess I'm thinking that if it would take say 500 hours of use to do the damage, it might be worth it the lighter weight and better performance in the cold.
-Wasn't sure whether to put this in headlams, batteries, or LED forum but decided it's fundamentally a question about LED life...
