Worlds Smallest Tester (strange mod

well guys I present you the world's (SIC) smallest broken circuit and LED tester.



I was preparing a travel kit and thought that if ever a flashlight fails while traveling one cannot need much more that a circuit tester (continuity????) and a LED polarity tester.

here is a close up on the wiring.



I bent and trimmed one of the LED's contacts and had to remove a screw post for the mess to fit. BTW I KNOW I connected the wires the other way around. Next time I will break out the soldering iron I will fix it. Promise...LOL

That's a good idea. No, that's a really good idea. It's so small you could take five with you wherever you go.

and I forgot to add that it saved my A** helping me discover a short after installing a SSC in a LuxIII module. Somehow my DMM did not.( bad contact of the electodes, or not sensitive enough???)
