I was looking into getting a Aleph DB500 with a Cree 7090 UV Light Engine, I have a Aleph 2 with a CR2 body, I am wondering if this would work or should I look into a different option, the light will be used in finding scorpions mostly, throw is a must. Also $90 for light engine is pretty high, I could buy another fully assembled light for this amount, is it worth it ?
