Power Outage - wife says I'm a geek

The night before last we lost power to our home for about an hour (the whole block actually). I began gleefully running around pulling out various flashlights. I handed her a 2C Mag w/ the Terralux drop-in. My wife was watching me with a smile on her face and then she said, "Good thing you've become such a flashlight geek, huh?" I just smiled back and then took off to get MORE LIGHTS.

Great story! At least she recognized that it is a useful hobby. Next time she says something about you buying a light, remind her about the power outage lol.

Just remember not to pull too many of the ones she doesn't know about. You don't want to hear, "Hey, where did all these come from - and how much have you been spending?"

My power was out the day before last,, all night. :huh: When it went off, my wife says, "Light some candles". "Candles!?", I said. "I've got flashlights!"
