very cool light...39 bucks at Big 5...anyone own one and do you like it?...seems to compare pretty well to the stinger xt for a lot less...water resistant ot 50 meters and 25000 lumens compared to 15000... here's a comparison..

by the way, Big 5 also had photon style LEDs for 3 bucks...lifetime warranty, replaceable batteries and an on/off switch...made in china but they will make nice gifts in the package..

I just purchased an FL7 last weekend as a gift. I was impressed with the weight (very light) and it seemed to be well made. The throw was decent but a bit too narrow for my taste. The beam quality was okay but seemed very yellow to me (I would take that with a grain of salt because I'm used to LED lights now). I liked the fact you could leave it in the charger and it would top off the charge when needed. All in all a good way to get a rechargeable light at a fair price.
