From what I see on their sites, they only seem to be decent torches that use the Luxeon I LEDs and most of them are direct drive/resistor.
I would buy something else considering every thing that is available right now. But then, I have never seen or owned one of their lights so all I'm going by is the price and the looks. Though the AA does look kinda interesting.
