I have 3 of these fine lights right now and I love them but I recently had a tailcap fail on me and have had some other Surefire clickies fail on me in the past. I want a twisty for this light pretty badly but I don't know if one is made.

Does anyone know of a black HA III Surefire twisty that will fit the U2?

The Kroma tailcap is a two stage tailcap like the A2/L1/L2 tailcap.

That is true.:)

I tried it... with the cap twisted all the way in, the U2 seems to work as it should. With it twisted to the "low setting", the light blinks rapidly on the 3 higher settings and works "normally" on the 3 lower settings. I have no idea what this means or on the long term effects.

I'll clarify, OP was looking for options for screw on tailcap and this is an option if he is willing to accept the blinking at the higher output levels until the tailcap gets fully screwed in.
