What bin Cree is this?

You can't tell the bin just by looking at the LED.
All I can tell is that it is one of the newer Cree LEDs. Probably P4 because that's what it says on the page.

does wiring reveals bin still? 2 wires P2,P3 - 3 wires P4, Q2, Q4 - 4 wires Q5 and above

Nope. The Romisen RC-A3 I have has a phosphor-on-die-only emitter and Romisen says it's a P3. It has 4 bond wires.
Nope, all my recent P4's, Q2's and Q5's are all identical, wire count an all.
However my recent P2's in the romisen G2 (6 of them in 3 different batches) have all been the old style, yellow base 2 wires...but they could just be and probably are old batches.

I recently bought a Fenix L1D and a L2D both with the Q5 emitter. One of them has a yellow background and the other has a white background.
So is this simply a matter of one being a newer LED but both should be equivalent in light output?
They seem about the same but I have different reflectors so I can't really tell if one is better than the other.

Is there a chance that a yellow base 4 wire Cree is a P4 bin and not a Q5?

Yes, all of the newer ones(P4 and up) seem to have 4 bond wires.
