how mod smooth reflector to OP

hey... does anyone have a tutorial with parts list on how to make a smooth reflector like this one:

into an OP ????

Just buy this one instead:

Try searching for "sputter reflector" and you'll find the krylon clear sputter trick.

they are 15$ and in this way you'll have the possibility to choose from OP for flood or SMP for throw...

but if you really want to transform yor SMO into an OP you can use a spray used for hair and you will have the OP effect...
I haven't one of them so I don't know what will happend with powerful bulbs...
