Any chance they may make a high quality UV E01 to rival the arc ?

If you think Fenix should make a good 375nm E01, vote yes

I don't think they would sell many of them?

But they could make a red LED version? :naughty:

Personally, I see no point in UV lights at all. So, no.

edit: A red emitter would be kinda neat, though :)

Why not? It'd be great if they also did red and green and maybe even blue if they'd like. OOOO and an RGB rave version:twothumbs:twothumbs!!!

i looked around for a uv light a few weeks ago. nothing really caught my eye, but mainly because i didn't know what specs to look for.

i would be interested if it was the same price.

I voted yes, I would buy at least one from them at half the cost of an AAA arc UV
maybe even less.

Sure if the LED was powerfull enough. Most of the low wavelength ones are not. A Cree UV in a L1P light would be more handy I think.

Hmm... firstly, thats a large cr123 flashlight, and secondly its not got anything to do with a fenix E01 ?! you do realise that a E01, is a tiny aaa flashlight... right? the flashlight in that link is a large ultrafire uv flashlights, and they dont even state the wavelength. it hardly is in the same league as what a UV E01 would be.
