Okay, I have an older 3C maglite so I can't use the malakoff drop in. So I order the terralux led upgrade.
Put it in and it works great. Very bright. Hmmm, wait a minute. Thats not a 3 cell maglite, thats a 4 cell. Whoops.
Okay, whats going to happen? Yank it out now or can I just expect some reduced life expectancy?
