I would think a reasonable approach would be to obtain an MSDS on the product. While it may not specifically show effect on pets, it could give you an idea of precautions in contact, inhaling or ingesting.
Industrially, some anti-mold product application isn't permitted by OSHA without specific training and respiratory apparatus.
