KL1 question

Anyone know or recommend a reflector to fit in an early ribbed KL1, to be used with a SSC P4 size LED?
If you can point me to it, that would be sweet too!

For me, I'm happy to mod the reflector if required, but I need a start point reflector that fits ok.
Any help out there?

Do a search for CM. He recently posted re his reflector mod for his early KL1 with Seoul P4. I think it was an IMS 20mm, or Kartoid (sp).

The Khatod 17 smooth is my recommendation for this application. I have 2. The large end diameter is only about as big as the inside of the plastic gasket inside the lens, so it looks a bit funny, but the I like the beam. Otherwise, it's a no-mod fit, except a bit of shimming may be required for a tight fit.

The IMS17 works the same, except it has 3 legs that may have to be trimmed to sit evenly on the LED board and miss the wires.

The Sandwich Shoppe usually has the IMS, but Photon Fanatic (in the CPF Marketplace) has both, I think.
