Question about DX ????

Hello,,
Is anyone else having really bad service experiences with DX??? I can't get answers to the simplest of questions. After 3-4 weeks of emails, I just decided to trash the defective UltrsFire I received. I'll stop by the police supply store and pick out a good light.
Just my opinion, STAY AWAY FROM DX!

This does not belong here, it belongs in the cheers/jeers section of the marketplace.

personally I have nothing but praise for DX and will continue to buy from them.

FYI, try using the proper channels. IE, a support ticket.
