Need a new tailcap...

Guys,

My brother bought this light and the tail cap broke on him. I let him use one for my TacStar and brought his to work for let the ET work on it, but I have lost it and need to replace it. Any ideas on where to look?

You lost the tailcap entirely or the parts inside?

You can either resolder it, you can take it apart with two drywall screws crossed. First plastric one has a brass contact on it then the metal ring is inside. The IT guys might be able to sauter a spring for negative contact underside the contact switch then keep in place with hot glue. then put metal ring back.
You might have to buy again that light from DX 2681

I lost it entirely. I was pretty confident the guys could fix it, as all that broke was the spring part, but now I have no clue where it is. I've found all of my lights and its not in there with them and not in any of my suitcases.
