These people just amaze me. About a week ago I'd lost my tailcap for my E2e (old style non-clicky). So I just sent them an e-mail with my serial number that just said I lost my tailcap, is it possible to obtain another? and I received a reply a day later saying: " Just give us your address and we'll have one sent out" Sure enough a box arrived today with a brandy-new clicky tailcap. Now THAT'S customer service!

Maybe not the cheapest...maybe not the brightest (led-wise) but it's rare to find a company with such a responsive customer service department.

Has anyone else dealt with these people?

They've got a GREAT customer service reputation around here. Glad to hear you got a tailcap :)

This is surefire lifetime warranty, i too had a L1 CREE shipped overnight. I think surefire's warranty is second to none.

SF warranty and customer service is second to none! It still amazes me at how great they are with taking care of their customers. It's very hard to find a company with such great service.
