Will a SCC P7 fit in a TK10?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows if a SCC P7 LED will fit in a Fenix TK10. I got one of the TK10s that doesn't have enough thread lock and the head has come apart. I'm thinking I won the Fenix lottery with this one :thumbsup: So I got to thinking it's pretty bright now but how much brighter could it be? Does anyone see any potential problems with trying this? Thanks for any advise.

Does it FIT ?

Yes.

But CPF'er 4sevens, who owns & operates Fenix-Store,

tried installing one, and reportedly got a TERRIBLE beam.

How terrible was it ?

It was So Bad . . . .

That 4sevens decided to fire a 9mm handgun round at the TK10 flashlight.

I can not believe someone would fire a projectile weapon at a metal flashlight. A 9mm round could ricochet off the metalic body and kill someone.

Aluminium is soft and the risk of ricochets is very very low..
