TerraLUX TLE-6EXB

Am I the only one that still uses this in a 3 x D Mag configuration? We went camping this past weekend and a seasonal camping came in after dark. They went to fire-up the camper for the 1st time this season and found they had a leaking pressure valve on the hot water heater. He had his daughter holding a Bic lighter while he was trying to fix it. I went into the truck and pull out my TerraMag and loaned it to him. He was using for a couple hours and loved the light. I was getting fearful that I wouldn't get it back.

I know some people have had problems with this upgrade and it has received a fair amount of criticism.

I love mine. It is bright, white and runs seemingly forever. I carry a 3-cell Mag with a Nite-Ize Grip 'N Clip in my Jeep. I have used it for a work light and a walking light. I am very pleased with mine.

The only comment I have is the insert gets VERY hot. So far, nothing has melted.

I use one in my 2D with 3C cells and it's fantastic, but it sucks on 2 cells!
