I was wondering how the Bezel would be different compared to the Lexan version.
I was thinking if it would be heavier...
... Or longer/bulkier - I don't think the difference will be significant at all.

To be honest, I consider that the most important things are the performance improvements - Does it produce an even whiter beam? Obviously, the Pyrex lens will not warp, melt or deform... And it would not have stress fractures, or be so easy to scratch.

Hmmm...

My guess is they may get rid of the two half circles combined and go to something like a circle or oval.

It seems that otherwise the lens might be very prone to breaking at the divit points.

I doubt it will affect the beam.

I'm not going to be abusing my 10X!
I paid good money for it and it was hard to get hold of.

The design of the Pyrex Lens 10X Bezel has not changed in style. Infact, unless you get up close, it is difficult to tell them apart.

I tell you what, I'll talk to PK about it.
