Not long ago "Flashlight King" shipped me a pair of black 5C maglites new in blister packs for $30 apiece IIRC. At the time when I called the nice lady told me they had just a few left, so I placed a web order for the pair which they promptly shipped.
They no longer show them on their website, but an interested person would CALL them on the phone and make sure what they actually have on hand. Good luck, as I have searched several web sites, asked for details via email, and Flashlight King was the only source I found.

There's a store called Fry's out here on the west coast that sells them.
