Would I be able to add on a tailcap and switch out with the 1xAA or 2xAA bodies available from Fenix store? Got a line on a P1D Q5 but prefer the clickie and other batt options.

There is a body with a tail clicky for the P1D but thats only for cr123 from lighthound.com in black or silver. I dont think any AA or 2AA bodies exist for it... If you wanted a clicky and also the ability to use AA/s you should have gotten the P2D(cr123) instead since that uses the same head as the L1D(AA) and L2D(2AA) all with tailclicky!
