I didn't see any specs on the LT1 for AA MiniMag, do you know the specs?
I've been using the TerraLux without problems but of course you do lose the focusing ability.

Another time, another place.
Hello,

When ordering some lights via Flashlight King, I came across the following led upgrade kits:
http://www.flashlightking.com/cgi-bin/store/commerce.cgi?product=LED_MODULE&cart_id=294681.8040

These Minimag upgrade kits work with the original reflector :) and I wonder whether the Solitaire kit has more power than "the one we have known thusfar". (SMJLED ?)

Does anyone have any more news on these kits??

Kind regards,

Joris

They're made by Tektite and the LED is a cut down 5mm. I don't think they're very bright. http://www.tek-tite.com/src/products.php?c=1055

I don't usually blow our horn here, but I wanted to correct some incorrect assumptions:
1.This is a custom-made 3mm LED, NOT a cut-down LED.

2. This is brighter than the original incandescent bulb supplied with the Solitaire or other 1AAA lights.

So there... ;)
