What to do with a stock Z3?

Hello out there as this is my first post...I have a Surefire Z3 with a P90 lamp (about 200 lumens) and was thinking of modding it. Nothing very complex. I can solder, screw, cut, etc. but don't have the right direction. Could I get some recommendations increasing the run time and lumens, of course going from incandescent to LED. Thanks....

Get a dropin. You won't get too much more output from an LED dropin, but you will get runtime.

I dont know how much you want to spend but PTS has a great 280 Lumen Cree drop in or you can get a couple of different ones from Dealextreme or Kaidomain. Just make sure you get one that can take 9v.
