Which led/driver do I need and how which reflector would result in this kind of performance?

That light quite clearly has a reflector setup. If you want throw, go for an aspheric mod

I have one of Ledeans modded maglites that uses a 52mm Aspheric. It certainly throws well. The beam is so narrow it isn't much use for anything practical, but it is fun.

Aspherics literally project. You can see the shap of the LED die on the wall when focused.

You could look into a reflector based thrower like the Dereelight DBS V2.
