Sure. Look at the FILE tab. You can "save as" or "export I believe". By default all your messages are on the local drive in a folder (don't recall the name).

It is something I do from time to time, I save all emails on an external drive. You need to find the folder where the mails are stored and make a copy of it on another drive.
My Outlook is in Italian and I am now translating so some of the following indications may need an adjustment. The address of the said folder can be found under 'options' + 'advanced' + 'maintenance' + 'store folder'.
