So I had good luck with finding a modder to cut down a 1C, the rest was pretty easy, straight foward. result: a very small(not the smallest, but thin enough) flame thrower. It's about 2 and half inches longer than Plasmaman's P7 but eh, I haven't had good luck with finding D Li-Ions.

Please allow me to be the first to say that is a vey cool light. I like the C cell lights alot and just got my hands on a couple more to modify. From the pics it looks like you are using a tailswitch, is that correct? Is that a stock reflector?

stock switch, and the reflector is a stock one that I files down myself.

I was think of putting in a circuit but the light runs so well with a protected C li-ion cell I don't see the need. I use the light for work, so the simpler the better
