Arc4 First Run Switch

Hi, I have an Arc4 first run (it was a second, but a nice second). The switch is getting a little bit flaky. I am sure that I could fix it by tweaking some of the switch components, but I am also looking to do the tailcap mod that makes the switch flat and therefore protects it from damage from falls.

I found a thread on the version 1.2 mod, but it looks like there was a version 1.3 mod that I couldn't quite track down. Does anybody have any info on the best way to mod the switch so that I get a nice, reliable switch that is also protected against damage from dropping the light?
