Good places to buy in Virginia?

not too sure the places i go around here are just Target and Wal-Mart.... nothing too great. but i think Target has a better selection if you ask me.
also when im lookin at lights its mostly for modding, all the tactical shops around here sell their lights like 25% above MSRP prices like the SF and what ever else they got.
but if you want some pretty cheap cr123 batteries and 5 - 6 D m@glite theres a place called Handcuff Warehouse out in Downtown Norfolk on Colonial and 22nd St
