E1 Flat Tailcap Revisited.

I read somewhere that one of our great modders, (McGizmo, DSpeck), was considering making these. I think it would be a great idea! I would love just a flat tailpiece for the little E1 that would screw down over the battery to make it even smaller and do away with the rubber push. It would make a great little light even smaller and especially with the KL1 head. Any suggestions and would a modder do it for me fairly inexpensively or is this feasible?

tkl, I don't think Surefire makes such a part.

I have been discussing making this very holder with one of the other members of the forum, and I haven't seen any problems associated with making these.
