Need help opening a Nuwai ALX-654

I bought this http://www.batteryjunction.com/alx-654c.html for a P7 mod. The light is very good build quality and makes a much better host than a Mag. The only problem is i cant open it.

I put the light through some fridge and oven cycles but it wont come loose. In the picture below i marked where i think the threads are. I could torture it with a big wrench, but i though someone might have a better idea. Any suggestions appriciated.

I don't think the body is threaded to the switch section. My light looked like it was 'staked' at that point.

The threaded aluminum ring shouldn't be too hard to remove, and then the whole assembly comes out of the the front, switch included.

Yes, there might be not thread on the body. The ring is hard to turn because you cut yourself on the bezel threads. Will try it with a wrench when i get one.
