How do I make a two stage tail switch for a minimag

Is this possible

I am not looking for an on/off switch. I am looking to make a low and high power tail switch. Has this been done.

There was once a nice write-up (complete with pictures) that explained how to convert a kroll switch to be two stage. I called it hi/low, and it was posted around November of 2003 or 2004.

I can't find it.
