I'm Confused: Surefire E2DL

O.k. I've carried a Surefire E2D for some time now, and one thing that has always annoyed me was that it didn't have a more utilitarian low light mode. Now I see that they have a E2DL, I'm a big fan of LED lights, and LOOK! it has a low light mode. GREAT!

So, I start shopping around, looking for a good deal. I check Battery Junction, and their website says that the E2DL does NOT have a secondary low light mode.

So Which Is It!?

Can someone who actually has one of these tell me if it does or does not have a low light mode?

The first batch of E2DL's were accidentally left with 1-level of brightness. Surefire recalled a bunch of them and reprogrammed them to 2-level lights. Some dealers decided to keep the 1-level ones because there is a demand for them, so it worked out for those people too.
