I just got my M60 from Malkoff today and put it in my SF G2L. With the head screwed all the way on, there appears to be a bit of a gap between the head and body of the light. Just enough to get a fingernail into. Is this normal?

P.S. I can't wait for it to get dark out so I can test this baby. One of the lieutenants I work with lost a very small diamond out of her ring today and I think I might try to go find it tonight. Who knows, maybe I'll see something sparkling.

EDITED:  Nevermind... found my answer via search.

Yeah mine is exactly the same way, it's less than 1/16 of an inch and shouldn't compromise water resistance in any way. I plan on adding one later on anyways in GITD if I can, and definately one at the tailcap, to help index the correct tailcap position for momentary.
