Does anyone know if the KX2 in Black HA will or is available with the dual stage feature?
I like my black KX2, but I really want the new dual output version.

I believe the answer is Yes. I've seen it on both the Surefire website, as well as, Batteryjunction.com. The KX1 dual output is apparently only available in the natural HA, but for the KX2 looks like you have the choice (black or natural).

Are you sure it's type III (hard) anodized? I thought most of the black LED heads were type II. The only one I'm sure is HA is the KL4, and that's because it is part of the Scout components.
