Turnaround time for CMG repairs?

Anyone know how long CMG's turnaround time is for repairs/replacements? I mailed off my Reactor to them on the 22nd of March and have not heard anything yet.

It took about 8 working days for my Reactor changeout. Seemed like forever, but eventually I got a new one back.

Holy Smokes!!!/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif Just as I finished my last post, the postman knocked on my door to deliver a small package from CMG. I had originally mailed my Reactor to them because of a defective on/off switch. As I opened the package I found an apology letter, a catalogue and to my surprise, a brand new Reactor. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
