Hey guys, last night my friends and i had some beer and "flashlightwalk"
.....So we walked through a forest and when we hit the open terrain we did a shotout between the DX R2 dropin (no frontglas, mounted in a N30)
and my old T1 aspheric using a Q2/5c emitter.
Of course the R2 won in total output, but throw is a different thing . The warmwhite pretty much cut through the air, while the cold white R2 created a wall of white light infront of us.
It was hard to compare those two because we had to use bursts with the DX dropin because it ran hot after a minute
In the end both lights performed well but we couldnt decide which one won. :green:
Now your oppinion is aked, here are some ceiling shots with different exposure
whos the winner? :tinfoil:
