I've not bought a flashlight for nearly a year.... :eek:oo:

I've owned many flashlights and currently own.

Surefire L1 and L4. Fenix P1D, L2D-CE. Gladius Night-ops.

I used to buy from our friend John at Lighthound, but he no longer sells SF.

so the question is; Where is best place on the net to buy Surefires - price, service etc. ?

Thanks
Gary

Optics HQ is excellent to deal with - follow the directions they have posted in the marketplace.

i see you're not in the US, battery junction etc will have massive shipping costs...i empathize!

get them from market place, usually find them for less then you would at a dealer anyway.

I agree that you can find great deals in the MP.

Try the marketplace first.

What kind of light are you looking for? Or do you just want a Surefire(with ot without a current gen LED?).

I was after a E1B.

However, i've since ordered one from a member on this thread.:grin2:

So i'm sorted for the time being..

Such a shame John Crichton got squeezed out by surefire... His service etc is awesome !:candle:

I always try to buy used from the Marketplace first. If you need it right away or you want some batteries thrown in, then going to a dealer is a better plan.

+1 in trying the marketplace first. If you're patient enough, you'll find the model you want. I got my SF E1B in new condition from marketplace for $90 shipped as compared to $110 +$8.00 shipping.
