Quickbeam might you consider doing this mod for someone less savvy, even though it looks rather easy I would probably screw something up. Where is the best place to buy a p61 assembly ? I am quite interested in this mod.

I did not know the top screwed off the top like that on the LX now it seems it would be easy to slip in the new reflector/lamp... does the new bulb go where the old bulb was? Or is there something that needs to be inserted there too ? Like if I could just swap bulbs would it work fine? arrrgh wish I knew what I was talking about

Dayum, that LX looks good with the rubber removed.

Now, seeing as I have extra 123s, a few P60s and a P61, I need the LX. Wallyworld, here we come...
