Romisen RC-U4 Cree P4 3-Mode Review

I really liked Romisen RC-U4 Cree P4 3-Mode (1x18650, 2xCR123A, 3xAAA) because of battery possibilities, number of modes, price ($23 at DX) and brand.

But I'm very novice in this real flashlights world, and I can't decide without reading reviews, comparisons and comparing features, prices, models...

There is only a review at DX and no other review all over the net, except one in polish (don't know if I can link another forum here)...

Does anyone knows this flashlight, mainly the runtime in high/low mode using 1x18650 or 3xAAA?
