Will The P3D head work on the P2D body with a RCR123 3.7V battery? Has anyone tried this? I read somewhere that it would work for about an hour, I think it was. Can anyone confirm this?

It does work, but I've never had much sccuess running turbo mode, just flickers.

This was with an older P4 version, the new Q5s may be better or worse.

Wouldn't recommend it as the only option, but it can work...

If it doesn't flicker on turbo, It might work, but not for too long regulated.

You can use the head with 2 14500 batteries in a L2D body.
