A bunch of 5mm LEDs.
Someone needs to offer a 7.2 to 14.4v input table top flat regulation (PWM strobing is no no for video light) using a bunch of XR-E Q5 LEDs with a maximum output of around 1,000 lumens to match the 35W halogen commonly used in this application.
It should have some means of dimming.
