Has anyone TESTED the runtime on the Nitecore Extreme?

and when I mean tested the runtime, I'm talking about the one on the LOW setting, the 120 hours worth?

IF not, I was going to do it but wanted to know if I need to have a fan blow on the light or something. 120 hours is a lot of time to run something..
