L4 carries nicely, I passed on the L2 because of the length. I'd hold out though and see if surefire maybe releases an updated cree L4. I've heard rumors to the effect that they're updating the weaponlight that uses the KL4 head so hopefully it will happen.

Much prefer the L4 because I do pocket carry.
My vote goes for the L4! A great all-around light and a great size. Got two of them, would not trade/sell them.

I'm so torn
I like the L2 because it has hi/low and the high is a bit higher (run time takes a small hit) Supposedly runs cooler than the L4.
But the L4 is a work of art, plus it's so much less bulky
