Would the E2DL guts fit in a KXx or E1B head?

I like my E2DL, but I don't like the teeth on the bezel. I got it for the output and size. Would it be possible to take the guts out of the E2DL head and put it into the E1B head preferably, or even a black KXx head? Also, does anyone know if you can buy the E2DL head seperatley?

I think you should be able to unscrew the bezels and swap them considering all the optics on the KX1/KX2/E1B/E2DL are the same. Try a little heat and some rubber bike tire tube for grip.

Externally the dimensions look the same, so I think it's possible. I've been thinking of doing this myself with a KX2-BK head.

I have swapped the bezels on my KX1 and E1B and ther was no difference besides black and HAIII......so it should work as long as you can separate them.

Thanks. I'd like to find another E2DL head seperately. Anyone know where I could find one...
