Tri-Seoul SF KL2 mod

· Surefire KL2
· Ti Bezel made by TranquillityBase
· Custom made alu reflector holder
· McR16 Seoul reflectors
· Seoul P4 USW0H emitters
· Custom made copper heatsink
· Tri-Flupic driver Firmware V2.2
· Runs on one Li-ion cell

The reflectors don't touch the window and an o-ring is used between the reflector holder and the window making the head rainproof.

Lumens output (without taking into account any losses): 3x 240 lumens at 1A.

More pictures can be seen here and here.

Enjoy

That' a great piece of work Freddy... is this for sale???

I'd be interested.... any possibility to do something like this in a KL5 head??

I don't know if this was done as part of great workmandhip but I like the way the 3 reflectors sit eactly at the "valleys" in the Ti bezel... if it was meant that way... that's really meticulous attention to details...

Maybe the owner can make and post some nice beamshots? ;)

I'm afraid the owner won't let this one go... :)
I don't own a KL5 but if there's enough room for the reflectors it should be possible. :stupid:

I'm sorry but the heatsink and the reflector holder in this light are custom made. Also be prepared there's not much room inside.
