Anyone seen this from Phoebus?

Was at the gun store today and saw a few lights by Phoebus, including this little 123 gem:

the NightShift II. It was pretty impressively sized, but hard to judge the brightness given it was a well-lit store.

Haven't been able to find much on the google function about this company. Anyone know about Phoebus, or better yet, about this light? Looks like a great size for a keychain 123 based light.

Looks like a Fenix P1d knockoff, never heard of it.

For Goodness Sakes- for that price, just buy the Fenix that it seems to be a copy of!! (But I've never heard of the company, so I could be wrong...)

Funny you should mention that - it was $80 at the retail store!!!
The only other mention I've found of this light was a review on CPF, and actually one on MilitaryMorons, for their wilderness kit (123 tube, 2xAA tube, a lantern attatchment, and a headband, all with the same LED assembly)
