I did a search on eBay and eventually found them. I'm not sure if anyone actually has gotten their paws on these yet.

The prices are good, the information provided seems to mimick that of the Eneloops. It doesn't say where these batteries are made in the auction text or the sellers actual web site.

I'm curious now and will send them an e-mail to find out where the batteries aer made.

EDIT 1: Seems these R2U cells have been available for a few months.

EDIT 2: A search on here and other sites seems to indicate that Tenergy batteries in general are not that great. I have no experience with them so cannot say.

Everything I have found so far seems to imply that Tenergy batteries have overstated capacities.

Pricewise, you can get a better deal on Kodak Pre-charged or Rayovac Hybrid LSD batteries (both known to be good) at Wal-Mart.
