Sold/Expired Shipping question

Hi there again modders!

Im looking a good way to shipping my stuff worldwide, but i have noticed that the price is really difference depending on the destination country even inside Europe...so my question is: What kind of shipping method do you use? I have seen that most of the small sellers has a fix shipping cost of around 8 USD...but that is imposible in Spain.
