If you are quick this light DEREELIGHT DBS V1...now reduced is in the CPFMP right now for $75 and you can upgrade it with new pills as they come out. There is also a Raidfire Spear for a little over $100 atm too.

Tiablo A9S Q5 is $55-60 at KD/DX.

It can throw as good as DBS V2 and is as high quality.
I don't think you'll find anything better at this price range.
And you can buy an OP reflector for an extra $20 if you want less throw later.

If you're not averse to a Mag, the TerraLUX TLE-300 drop-in is $73 and puts out ~550 lumens from three LEDs, each with its own collimator lens for serious throw. I own one and can confirm it throws a very large and glaring hotspot, and has no problem with football-field distances, all with LED reliability and on standard batteries, no modding or technical knowledge required.
